I think this is my most successful image because I was immediately struck by the beauty of Gisele's photograph of Frida Kahlo, and I was planning a trip to Longwood Gardens that weekend. At Longwood, I made it my mission to also capture an image of people surrounded by gardens. I think it turned out and the black and white filter was the final touch!

The most challenging aspect of this assignment was trying to emulate a professional photographer, as they are professionals! And obviously really talented!

In the future to create stronger images, I will continue to review professional photographs and learn what I can from them.

Hey! This assignment was done really well! They honestly both look professional. As you said, both photographs have strong architecture and contrast. Great job!"

Hi Jenna, I think this is a great black and white image. I was really drawn to the contrast between the bright lights and plants on the top portion and darker silhouettes of the people in the background. You did a great job with capturing the similar element of the professional photographer. Both images use different techniques to create depth to the image.
